This oversized sketchbook is an excellent gift for creatives or to purchase for anyone who loves to draw, doodle, or simply scribble.
Don’t be fooled, this is a huge plain paper book. The pages are nice and thick good quality paper, perfect for anyone who loves to draw, paint or sketch. The reviews mention it will last a long time and worth every penny. Keep this on the coffee table, and the whole family can add to it.
I already have a sketchbook, but I’d like something for the desk too.

If you are learning to draw or love to create very detailed sketches, then this light board or illumination light panel, if you prefer, is excellent. You can dim the light, and it is USB powered, so if you prefer to sit on the sofa, just use your phone battery charger.
It isn’t too bulky or heavy, but sturdy enough to you can use it anywhere.

7. Get a serious gift for your creative friend with the Wacom Intuos Pro Digital Graphic tablet
Yes, I own two of these Wacom Intuos Graphic drawing tablets. I use them to create art for my Etsy shop. I sometimes also use them as a giant mouse pad for my Mac if I’m surfing the web.
I own the larger one, but at the time, my desk was quite small, and it got in the way. So I went out and purchased the small version, and that works well as the size of the active pad is related to the size of your screen.
I’d definitely purchase the Medium if I was starting again. Not so big it gets in the way of the keyboard, but large enough to make the movement more natural.
A fantastic gift for anyone who loves drawing and wants to dry digital, used Photoshop, Illustrator, or the Creative Suite a lot. Can’t go wrong with this special gift for creative.

They draw and write smoothly, have a lovely feel, and the nibs don’t break off when sharpened.
Any artist will appreciate these iconic pencils.

What gifts does an artist need?
11. The Princeton Artist Neptune brush is a piece of art in itself and can be used as a stocking filler gift for creatives.
These brushes are top quality and last much longer than cheaper alternatives.
I already own these, because I love watercolor and they hold a perfect amount of water every time. If you are an artist who loves to paint – you can’t go wrong with these brushes.
Mine has improved with use – or maybe my art has. But I’d recommend purchasing larger brushes as these are for loose brushwork and watercolor washes.
If these are not quite to your taste and you want to spend a little more –

This set of must-have brushes for artists are quality brushes by Dainayw. They come in a lovely presentation box and are generously sized. They do say in the title – Great for kids, but these are not kids brushes. These are definitely artist quality and a must-have gift for a creative.
